We did a check and clean today, and discovered a tiny hole in a tooth: We took some photos to demonstrate why we do fillings. The tiny hole, once cleaned out of soft tooth structure, was actually quite a big one! Better to fix this now, rather than in 6 months when it starts to hurt - no-one likes a root canal or extraction!
