Check out these tips to floss like a pro! ✨

Flossing is essential for maintaining good oral health as it reaches tight spaces between teeth and below the gum line that your toothbrush cannot reach! 🪥


  1. Choose the right floss for you!

  2. Your floss should measure about 40cm in length.

  3. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 3-7cm of floss to work with.

  4. Hold the floss between your thumbs and index fingers, and gently insert it between the teeth.

  5. Curve the floss into a 'C' shape against one tooth. Gently slide it into the space between the gum and the tooth until you feel resistance.

  6. Hold the floss against the tooth, gently scraping the tooth's side while moving the floss away from the gum.

  7. Repeat on the other side of the gap along the side of the next tooth.
